I am first point of contact for new enquiries from clients. Many people who contact us are going through extremely difficult circumstances in their life, I am a very empathic person who can provide the support and advice people need in those situations.
My role is to understand the needs of our clients and provide them with advice on how to proceed. I can offer advice on the criminal process, explain the services we offer, provide information on eligibility for legal aid or provide estimates of our private costs.
I have a 2:1 Degree in Politics from Newcastle University. My work background is working in customer service roles which have given my years of experience in helping people with their queries and delivering them the help they need.
