Paralegal – Immigration

Salary: £19,000+ dependent on experience

We expect a pro-active approach, excellent client care skills, efficient working and attention to detail. The role will require you to work as an individual and as part of a team.

Experience of working in a legal setting and knowledge of the law is desirable but not essential. Training will be provided.

As we support clients from all over the world, language skills would also be desirable.

Person Specification – Paralegal – Immigration

Our immigration team consists of a partner, solicitor, trainee solicitor, paralegal, customer relationship manager and personal assistant. We are nationally recognised for our expertise in immigration law, both business and personal, and have been the leading law firm for immigration advice in the North East for over 40 years.

Fulltime working (35 hours per week) preferable but part-time working is possible. Please note that you will be required to work in the office for your probationary period to ensure you settle in, however going forward you will be able to work from home 40% of the time. The role will be based at our Newcastle office but some working at our South Shields office is possible if preferred.
