We are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our reputable and growing Private Client team. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys mentoring others.

You’ll handle a broad caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters. In addition to your fee-earning work, you’ll support the Head of Department in supervising team members, providing guidance, and helping to drive the team’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of private client matters with autonomy and professionalism

  • Provide support and supervision to junior solicitors and paralegals

  • Assist in departmental planning, compliance, and business development activities

  • Deliver exceptional client care and maintain long-standing client relationships

  • Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and share best practices with the team

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE in Wills & Probate

  • Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

  • Excellent communication and client-handling skills

  • Commercially aware and team-oriented
