We are looking for an experienced Wills and Probate Solicitor to join our reputable and growing Private Client team. The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and enjoys mentoring others.
You’ll handle a broad caseload of wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection matters. In addition to your fee-earning work, you’ll support the Head of Department in supervising team members, providing guidance, and helping to drive the team’s continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage your own caseload of private client matters with autonomy and professionalism

Provide support and supervision to junior solicitors and paralegals

Assist in departmental planning, compliance, and business development activities

Deliver exceptional client care and maintain long-standing client relationships

Keep up to date with relevant legal developments and share best practices with the team
About You:

Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE in Wills & Probate

Proven experience managing a varied caseload independently

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

Commercially aware and team-oriented
