Nurturing talent in David Gray
When David Gray established David Gray Solicitors in 1979, alongside the founding partners, they built the firm on a strong foundation of training and education. This core ethos has remained at the heart of our practice for over five decades, guiding us as we continue to grow and evolve.
Today, we are proud to announce the qualification of three of our trainee solicitors, all of whom completed their training contracts at our Newcastle office. We are excited that they will continue their legal careers with us as fully qualified solicitors.
In addition, we are thrilled to share that three of our dedicated paralegals have earned internal promotions and will begin their journeys as trainee solicitors today.
Typically, trainee solicitors have completed a university degree before embarking on a two-year training contract within a law firm. At David Gray, our trainees rotate across different departments every six months, gaining experience in various areas of law. This approach equips them with a broad skill set, encompassing legal knowledge and client care, and helps them discover where their true passion lies within the legal field.
Please join us congratulating Hannah, Jeanette and James on qualifying as solicitors and wishing Jasmine, Laura and Rebecca success as they begin their training contracts.
We’re also excited to announce that we currently have several vacancies at David Gray Solicitors. If you’re looking to join a firm that values growth, education, and professional development, take a look at our opportunities today!
Jeanette, James and Hannah with their celebratory gifts.
