If you are working in mediation to resolve family problems, having a solicitor to advise you about your options is key to achieving a successful and fair outcome. Separated couples often have different views about what feels fair and a mediator, who must be impartial, cannot give advice about this. Our solicitors advise people who are in mediation to help them to understand the legal implications of any proposals made, whether they are fair, and to draft the necessary documents to make an agreement binding, where appropriate.
