We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team.

The ideal candidate would have 7+ years PQE and be interested in supporting with management alongside their case work.

In this role you will:

  • Be responsible for undertaking residential conveyancing work in a busy department. Your caseload will involve more complex issues such as leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
  • Work alongside the head of department in supporting and supervising the team and you will review files pre-exchange.
  • Assist with keeping up to date with money laundering compliance and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation.
  • Have the opportunity to get involved with business development and marketing.

We have a large property law department offering the full spectrum of residential property law services. Each solicitor within the team has dedicated PA support.
