We are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team.
The ideal candidate would have 7+ years PQE and be interested in supporting with management alongside their case work.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for undertaking residential conveyancing work in a busy department. Your caseload will involve more complex issues such as leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
- Work alongside the head of department in supporting and supervising the team and you will review files pre-exchange.
- Assist with keeping up to date with money laundering compliance and Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation.
- Have the opportunity to get involved with business development and marketing.
