Any data that you submit using this web form will be held by our firm as Data Controller and will be held securely for on the website for a period of up to 90 days after which time it is removed. If you contact us with an enquiry regarding legal advice but do not become a client of ours we will keep your name and contact details and any other data you submit to us securely on our client database for 6 years, this is so that we have a record that you contacted us if you come back to us again. After 6 years your details will be securely and confidentially destroyed. Your data will not be disclosed to any third parties without your consent or as otherwise allowed by the relevant Data Protection legislation and will only be used for responding to your query (or purposes associated with that purpose).
