Skip to contentI am a caseworker within the mental health department. I achieved my Law degree in 2017 at Teesside University and I am currently completing my CILEX qualification to become a Legal Executive.
Since becoming an accredited member of the Law Society’s specialist Mental Health panel in 2018, I have represented both restricted and non-restricted clients (adults and children) who are detained in hospital at their Mental Health Tribunals. I also represent clients who are living in the community under the framework of The Mental Health Act.
I understand that when I am asked to represent a client it is often at a very distressing and confusing time for both themselves and their families. I tailor my approach to every case to suit each individual client and their needs whilst maintaining a high level of understanding, empathy and professionalism. My aim is to be clear and honest with my advice to ensure that my clients understand the options available to them.
