Skip to contentI am a Customer Relationship Manager in our Private Client Department. My role within David Gray Solicitors is to be the first point of contact for any aspects of estate/life planning. I am responsible for ensuring our clients receive the best advice and are quoted accurately for our services. I ensure our clients are allocated to the correct person within the team to deal with the matter, so that we can make sure the client’s needs are met.
I have worked in customer service roles since I started working at the age of 16 and studied law at University alongside working. I believe my experience allows me to have an understanding in my role. I, we as a company, will strive to provide the best service we can to our clients.
I have a law degree from the University of Sunderland.
